When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept TWINT, Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or affiliated payment providers.

Are your prices in Swiss Francs?

Yes. All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT.

Are your products officially affiliated with the Swiss Football Association?

No. Socoeur is an independent brand and is not affiliated with the Swiss Football Association or any official federation.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items may be restocked, but this is not guaranteed. All products are released in limited quantities.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us at info@socoeur.ch. We aim to respond within 48 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays.

How should I care for my jersey?

We recommend washing at low temperature (30°C) and avoiding tumble drying to preserve the fabric and detailing.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Switzerland.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays. Processing times may vary during peak periods or product launches.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped via Swiss Post (B Post). Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge. All applicable costs are included in the product price.

What happens if I provide an incorrect address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including postal disruptions or force majeure events. We cannot be held responsible for such delays.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

What condition must items be in for a return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us at info@socoeur.ch to start the process. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order separately.

How do I find my size?

Our jerseys are cut for a relaxed, oversized fit.

  • S fits oversized for everyone.
  • M fits oversized if you normally wear M, or more fitted if you wear L.
  • L fits oversized if you normally wear L, or more fitted if you wear XL.

All models on the site wear M and stand between 1m70 and 1m80.

  • Chest width: Measure 1 cm below the armhole, across the chest, with the garment laid flat.
  • Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
